We will be turning up in West Philly celebrating 35 years of serving the community. We want you to come out and celebrate with us. We are looking for vendors, resources, drill teams, dance teams and all other performers.

In 1991 Mrs. Elsie L. Wise met with the 4 young girls to discuss wanting a drill team in the area, during the meeting she realized that a drill team was just what the community youth needed. Thirty-Three years later it has grown to become the organization it is today.
